Job summary

PharMerica is seeking an eMAR Implementation Consultant to manage eMAR system integrations and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementations. This remote role offers opportunities to work with AS/400 and Framework applications while supporting hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other care centers nationwide.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience with eMAR/EHR integrations and a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
1+ year experience with 3rd party eMAR / EHR integrations or technical product support.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship management.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
Proficient with Microsoft Office apps and related tools.

Responsibilities

Lead eMAR integration implementations with timelines and stakeholder coordination.
Complete implementation checklists and documentation for new interfaces.
Coordinate components and timelines with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support pharmacy operations.
Identify issues and communicate risks to leadership.
Coordinate training, audits, and in-service sessions per guidelines.
