Job summary

Reveleer is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation for Clinical Intelligence. This remote role leads EMR implementations from signature to go-live, coordinating Sales, Product, and Customer teams to ensure on-time delivery across Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, and third-party integrations.

You’ll manage multiple concurrent deployments, translate requirements into actionable plans, and communicate progress and risks with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex EMR implementation projects across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships during high-stakes go-lives.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and solution architect to understand EMR environments before signing.
• Own delivery timeline, sequence dependencies, and establish go-live dates.
• Lead kickoff meetings and maintain cadence for engagement.
• Serve as primary contact for implementation status and risk escalation.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product specs for the team.
• Guide EHR integration workflows across Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, and 3rd party platforms.
• Validate data flows with data governance and confirm configurations match workflows.
• Manage DoA processes for data connectivity ahead of go-live.
• Track prospects in close-to-signing stage and plan ahead for development needs.
• Maintain visibility into upcoming implementations and surface risks to leadership.
