Job summary

Patriot Pay is seeking a remote, full-time role to lead technical integrations across major EHR/PM platforms. You will drive HL7 standards workstreams and coordinate with clients to ensure successful data exchanges and project delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HL7, EHR ecosystems, and healthcare revenue cycle workflows, with strong PM and communication skills. This position supports remote operations across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience with HL7 FHIR and/or HL7 v2 standards.
• Familiarity with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, eCW).
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows.
• HIPAA and healthcare data security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integrations with Epic, Oracle Health, eClinicalWorks, and other EHR/PM systems.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan milestones and ensure data integrity.
