Burjline Builders is seeking an Email Support Specialist for a full-time remote role. You will respond to customer emails, troubleshoot technical issues, and document solutions in our ticketing system to maintain clear records and quality service.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex problems, continually expand product knowledge, and deliver empathetic, timely support that strengthens customer relationships while supporting remote teamwork.

Qualifications
