Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, researching solutions, and following up.
• Process orders, account updates, returns, refunds, and other service requests accurately.
• Document interactions in the customer management system.
