Pearmill is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email and SMS for our clients, from planning to building campaigns and reporting results. You"ll write copy, build segments, test, and schedule sends, while improving automated flows and driving purchases across markets.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage calendars, coordinate with growth and creative teams, and stay focused on performance data to optimize the customer journey and retention.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing, with e-commerce brands.
• Own strategy and execution; built campaigns and automated flows.
• Proficient with Klaviyo or similar platform; comfortable with data, segments, triggers.
• Strong copywriting to make product details clear and on-brand.
• Understand how campaigns and flows work together to drive conversions and retention.
• Can interpret performance data and design useful A/B tests.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly email and SMS planning with clients and calendars.
• Write email/SMS copy, schedule sends, and test variations.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
• Build and maintain customer segments based on purchase history and engagement.
• Coordinate localized campaigns across markets, including translations and timing.
• Lead client meetings to review results and plan next steps.
