Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking an email and SMS marketing specialist to drive bookings for facility time and pickup games while coordinating operations remotely across locations.

You will build campaigns, segment audiences by location and sport, craft compelling offers, and manage follow‑ups, renewals and repeat participation. Strong English, CRM/sms tool experience (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp) and weekend/evening availability in Eastern time are required.

Qualifications

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands‑on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.
• Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and competing deadlines.
• Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform; examples include Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp or comparable tools.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and reports to understand conversion, bookings and campaign performance.
• Dependable communication and willingness to own the next action until an issue is resolved.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting available facility time, pickup games, registration opportunities and relevant offers.
• Create useful segments by location, sport, expressed interest, booking history and engagement.
• Build and improve welcome messages, lead follow-up, incomplete-booking recovery where supported, reminders, repeat-booking and win-back flows.
