Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an energetic Email/SMS Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns from planning to deployment. You will coordinate calendars, collaborate across marketing, creative, and CRM teams, and ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and performance targets.

The role requires 1–3 years in email marketing, a keen analytics mindset, and experience with AI-powered marketing tools. Remote work from Canada with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on email marketing experience including campaign execution and performance monitoring.
• Experience using generative AI tools in email/SMS marketing to boost productivity.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret metrics and translate data into actions.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR and how they apply to campaigns.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end creation and execution of email and SMS campaigns, including templates, segmentation, QA, and deployment.
• Build and maintain monthly campaign calendars to support marketing objectives and engagement.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, creative, merchandising, partnerships, and CRM teams to ensure alignment with brand and timelines.
• Oversee daily campaign QA for content accuracy, links, formatting, and audience targeting.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on open rates, CTRs, conversions, and other engagement metrics.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests on subject lines, content, assets, and send times.
• Apply generative AI tools to improve copywriting, segmentation, QA, and reporting.
• Explore and pilot AI-powered solutions to boost efficiency while preserving brand voice.
• Partner with analytics and CRM to strengthen segmentation and personalization.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR for relevant audiences.
• Stay informed on trends and best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Take ownership of campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
