Community Sports Partners is seeking an entry-level Lifecycle Marketing Assistant to support email and SMS campaigns across our youth sports programs in the GTA and Florida.

You will partner with the Director of Marketing to learn lifecycle strategy, automation, and data-driven optimization using Twilio and SendGrid, shaping campaigns that drive acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Up to 1–2 years in email or digital marketing, internships count.
• Basic familiarity with deliverability, segmentation, and metrics.
• Comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, and data-driven work.
• English written and spoken fluency is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns.
• Help set up automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, re-engagement, retention).
• Support audience lists, segmentation, suppression lists, and workflows.
• Format email templates with design teams and manage timelines.
