Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking an Email & SMS Automation Specialist for a fully remote position aligned with U.S. business hours. You will design and optimize automated journeys, manage segments, and troubleshoot CRM-driven campaigns to strengthen CRM and retention efforts.

You will partner with the Marketing Director to translate strategy into effective email and SMS programs, expand automations, and ensure flawless QA, deliverability, and performance across Klaviyo and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in email marketing and SMS marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platform.
• Proven ability to build and manage automated email/SMS flows.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize email and SMS campaigns and automated journeys.
• Manage lifecycle flows (Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Cross-Sell, Win-Back, Reactivation).
• Configure triggers, timing, audience rules, and personalization in flows.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deploy campaigns and assets.
• QA campaigns before deployment and monitor deliverability and performance.
