Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end email execution for a fast-growing digital research and media company serving a large subscriber audience through daily newsletters and live webinars.

You will build and run campaigns in Iterable, perform testing, segmentation, and personalization, and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams in a hands-on, high-ownership role. Must be available to work US business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing execution.
• Experience with campaign setup, journeys, and analytics in email tools.
• Strong understanding of metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor all email campaigns.
• Manage audience segmentation and lifecycle journeys.
• Set up experiments and run A/B tests across campaigns.
• Create targeted lists using filters and attributes.
• Track performance and surface insights for stakeholders.
• Produce and send the daily newsletter on schedule.
• Build webinar email sequences for invites and reminders.
• Troubleshoot deliverability and verify tracking with UTMs.
