Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and deploy email campaigns that engage our audience and drive business results. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to execute programs across the full customer journey, from awareness through retention.

You will build, test, and deploy campaigns, manage segmentation and list hygiene, write copy, run A/B tests, and report on key metrics. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in email or digital marketing.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo.
• Experience with segmentation and optimization.
• Strong copywriting and brand voice.
• Familiar with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns.
• Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene.
• Write and edit email copy aligned with brand.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines and send times.
• Monitor open, click, conversions, and unsubscribe metrics.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to deliver assets.
