The role emphasizes planning campaigns, creating client materials, and driving metrics across email programs, webinars, and content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client marketing, customer marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle stages and retention strategies.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Strong written communication skills tailored for client segments.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of client marketing campaigns (email, webinars, content).
• Assist in developing client-facing materials (newsletters, onboarding guides, product updates).
• Coordinate with customer success and account management to align activities with client needs.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics (open rates, engagement, retention).
• Maintain client segmentation lists and ensure CRM data accuracy.
• Contribute to case studies and client success stories in collaboration with content teams.
