BairesDev is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and deploy campaigns that engage audiences across the customer journey. You will build campaigns, manage segmentation, write copy, run A/B tests, monitor metrics, and collaborate with content and design to deliver on-brand assets in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of email marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Strong copywriting and tailored messaging for different audiences.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters and promos.
• Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene for targeting.
• Write and edit email copy aligned with brand voice.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines and send times to improve performance.
• Monitor key email metrics such as opens, clicks, conversions, and unsubscribes.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to deliver assets on brand.
