Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience building and deploying emails in platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong attention to detail with a thorough approach to QA and campaign accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Clear written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end production of email campaigns from briefing to deployment and QA.
• Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
• Build and schedule emails in the marketing platform with correct audience segments and tracking parameters.
• Conduct pre-send QA checks covering copy, links, rendering, and personalization tokens.
• Monitor post-send performance and compile campaign reports with key metrics and observations.
• Maintain organized documentation of campaign assets, audience lists, and performance records.
