Job summary

BairesDev is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and deploy email campaigns that engage our audience and drive business results. You will collaborate with the marketing team across the customer journey, from awareness to retention, and work on segmentation, copy, and optimization.

Responsibilities include building campaigns, managing lists, writing compelling copy, running A/B tests, and reporting on metrics. This is a fully remote role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of email marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Strong copywriting with brand voice
• Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns (newsletters, promos, automation).
• Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene for accurate targeting.
• Write and edit email copy aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
• Monitor and report key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes).
• Coordinate with content/design teams to ensure timely, on-brand assets.
