• Manage email calendar, messaging, and send configurations.
• Maintain school-specific dynamic content blocks and program information.
• Oversee send schedules, suppression lists, and QA testing.
• Ensure accessibility compliance of all email content.
• Track and report campaign performance and results.
• Support the Email Marketing Manager with templates and scheduling.
• Monitor data tagging, UTM parameters, and tracking protocols.
• Collaborate with partners to optimize campaigns across programs.
