Job summary

Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day build, QA, and execution of email campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage. The role collaborates with marketing and creative teams to translate briefs into structured programs while upholding high quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Marketo experience, strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple campaigns with fast-turnaround timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and executing email marketing campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage or a comparable platform.
• Demonstrated experience building emails, programs, smart campaigns, lists, audience segments, and campaign workflows.
• Experience performing comprehensive QA of email campaigns prior to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, schedule, and launch email campaigns and programs in Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Build and maintain Marketo programs, including emails, engagement programs, nurture campaigns, lists, and workflows.
• Translate campaign briefs into accurate Marketo programs and ensure on-time deployment.
• Perform thorough pre-launch QA including audience criteria, links, tracking, personalization, tokens, and scheduling.
• Monitor campaign execution and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful deployment.
