Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, creation, and deployment of email campaigns that engage our audience and drive business results. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute programs across the full customer journey, from awareness through retention.

You will build campaigns, manage segmentation, write copy, and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance while ensuring deliverability and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters and automated sequences.
• Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene for accurate targeting.
• Write and edit email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
• Monitor and report on key email metrics such as open rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure timely, on-brand assets.
