BairesDev is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, creation, and deployment of email campaigns that engage our audience and drive business results. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute programs across the full customer journey, from awareness through retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of email marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Working knowledge of audience segmentation and A/B testing.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, promos, and automated sequences.
• Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene for accurate targeting and deliverability.
• Write and edit email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
• Monitor and report key metrics: open rates, click rates, conversions, unsubscribes.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure timely, on-brand assets.
