Qualifications

• 3+ years in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, promotional sends, and automated sequences.
• Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene for accurate targeting and deliverability.
• Write and edit email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
• Monitor and report on metrics like open rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure timely, on-brand assets.
