Job summary

Amsive LLC is seeking an Email Marketing Analytics Manager to serve as the primary expert in email analytics, partnering with our email team. This hands-on role requires someone who enjoys digging into data, solving problems, and turning findings into recommendations that improve client programs.

You will own email performance analysis, investigate complex questions about audience fatigue and engagement, and build dashboards that clearly explain results and actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Email Services or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong experience in email analytics and independent analysis of complex programs.
• Deep understanding of email metrics, segmentation, lifecycle performance, and conversion measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization.
• Experience with CRM integrations and client-facing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own email performance analysis across campaigns, audiences, segments and lifecycle programs.
• Investigate audience fatigue, contact frequency and engagement trends.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations for targeting, segmentation, messaging and testing.
• Lead testing strategies including hypotheses and success metrics.
• Build dashboards and reliable reports explaining results and implications.
• Ensure data accuracy and work with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Present findings to clients and collaborate with client analytics teams.
• Help establish measurement standards and improve processes.
• Balance recurring reporting with deeper investigations across client programs.
