This person will serve as the primary expert in email analytics, and will be a hands-on individual contributor investigating data, solving problems, and turning findings into recommendations that improve client programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze email campaign performance, KPIs, testing results, and engagement data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies and use the results to inform campaign decisions.
• Leverage email deployment knowledge, including deliverability and IP warming, to understand the operational factors influencing performance.
• Query and analyze large datasets to uncover insights beyond standard opens and clicks.
• Participate in client-facing meetings, collaborate with the client experience team, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support additional client initiatives across insurance, banking, and other verticals as capacity allows.

Qualifications
