Ideal candidates have 6+ years in analytics, strong SQL/Excel/Tableau skills, and experience with A/B testing in a fast-paced, digital environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics experience solving business problems with quantitative methods.
• Proven ability to lead analytics teams and mentor analysts.
• Strong business sense and passion for marketing strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the marketing analytics team to improve throughput.
• Collaborate with partners to identify core needs and create scalable solutions.
• Report to leadership on team performance and progress.
• Become an expert on Cry's marketing metrics and data sources.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accessibility and accuracy.
