Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proven ability to resolve inquiries and provide information clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Respond to calls, emails, and other channels in a timely manner.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Provide clear information about products, services, and policies.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams with clear client updates.
• Adhere to SLA and company procedures for high-quality support.
• Collect client feedback and suggest service improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficient workflows.
• Meet or exceed metrics for call handling, resolution, and satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM and Google tools proficiently.
