Job summary

Care.com is seeking a Premium Client Solutions Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients. You will resolve inquiries, manage multiple channels, and document interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

This temp/contract role offers remote work with preferred local to Dallas, 90-day coverage, and a schedule Mon-Fri 10:30am–7:00PM CT. The salary is $24–$26.40 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a customer focus.
• Empathetic and patient approach to client interactions.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation of interactions.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Google Workspace.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries and escalations promptly and accurately.
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and other channels professionally.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Provide clear information about products, services, and policies.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams while keeping clients informed.
• Follow SLAs and internal procedures to ensure quality.
• Collect client feedback for service improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficient workflows.
• Maintain performance metrics such as call handling and satisfaction.
