WSP USA is seeking a Senior Lead Substation Project Engineer for our Hailey, ID office. Be part of the Power & Energy Substation Team and help deliver transmission and distribution substations and related systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with power focus.
- 10+ years designing substations for utilities, industrial, or commercial sectors.
- Professional Engineer license preferred; multi-state license ideal.
Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules, budgets, quality plans, and deliverables for substation projects.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight across multiple concurrent projects.
- Mentor engineers and designers, ensuring QA/QC and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, regulators, and vendors on scope and procurement.
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design documentation.
