Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Lead Substation Project Engineer in Hailey, ID to lead design, analysis, and execution of high‑voltage substations. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with clients and regulators, and drive QA/QC across complex transmission projects.

You’ll apply advanced electrical engineering methods across concept to commissioning, overseeing one‑line drawings, schematics, SCADA, and protective systems while staying aligned with codes and standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
