Job summary

Project Farma, LLC is seeking a Manager, PF Project Delivery to lead the technical performance of diverse capital projects ranging from facility builds to retrofits and expansions. This role will support clients in biologics, gene therapies, and other advanced treatments, while mentoring a team of project engineers and consultants across pharma and biotech sectors.

You will act as the client liaison, manage schedules and budgets, and identify opportunities to expand services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in CQV engineering, startup of cGMP facilities, and project management.
• Willing to travel across the United States; telecommuting permitted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical performance of capital projects from facility builds to expansions.
• Support clients on complex biologics, gene therapies, and other advanced therapies.
• Identify, train, and mentor project engineers and consultants.
• Manage client relationships within pharma and biotech sectors.
• Act as client liaison during service engagements.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retain relationships through delivery.
• Identify opportunities to provide new services and expand scope.
• Stay current with market and technology trends.
