Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Manager, PF Project Delivery to lead complex project delivery for life sciences programs in the Raleigh, NC area. You will oversee technical performance from facility builds to retrofits, guiding teams of engineers and consultants across biologics and related therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience in advanced therapy or biotech.
• 6 years in CQV engineering, cGMP facility start-up, and project management; driving engineering solutions and client-facing delivery.
• Experience in leading teams, managing deliverables, and developing new business with clients.
• Ability to travel across the United States and telecommute as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical performance of projects from facility builds to retrofits and expansions.
• Support complex biologics, gene, mRNA, and other therapies while growing services with partners.
• Identify, train, and mentor project engineers and consultants for high performance.
• Manage client relationships and expectations regarding scope, budget, and schedule.
• Act as client liaison during delivery of service engagements and pursue new opportunities.
