Job summary

PerkinElmer in Raleigh, NC seeks a Manager, PF Project Delivery to lead complex capital projects from start to finish. You will oversee technical performance, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and manage client relationships in the pharma and biotech sectors.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in life sciences or biomedical engineering and at least six years of progressive project delivery, CQV engineering, and cGMP experience, with willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6 years of progressively responsible experience in advanced therapy, life science, pharma or biotech industries.
• Experience in CQV engineering, cGMP facility startup, and project management.
• Developing solutions to engineering and business problems.
• Providing technical guidance and administrative support to project teams.
• Managing deliverables for each project and managing client expectations regarding schedule, budget, resource allocation, and performance.
• Engaging in business development activities, including building and maintaining client relationships and presenting company services and capabilities.
• Conducting lead generation, identifying and cultivating potential clients, and leveraging existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical performance of facility builds, retrofits, and expansions.
• Support clients on biologics, gene, mRNA, radioligand therapies and service expansion.
• Identify, train, and mentor high-performing project engineers and consultants.
• Manage client relationships within pharma and biotech sectors.
• Act as client liaison during delivery of company service engagements.
• Ensure client satisfaction and grow relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities to provide new and added services for mutual benefit of client and organization.
• Keep abreast of market and technology trends through industry groups.
