Job summary

Project Farma seeks a Senior Project Director to lead complex, high-value capital projects in life sciences. You will oversee governance, strategic execution, and a portfolio of multi-geography initiatives, driving value and client satisfaction.

You will mentor leaders, manage broad stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and EHS standards while traveling domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 13–20+ years of capital project experience with 10+ years leading large-scale life sciences projects >$200M TIC.
• Expert knowledge of GMP-regulated capital delivery, regulatory readiness, and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Define governance structures and act as executive interface for client leadership.
• Lead mega-projects (> $200M TIC) through FEL, design, procurement, construction, CQV, and operations.
• Oversee portfolio of large-scale capital projects across geographies and drive long-term planning.
• Mentor and develop project leaders across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and EHS standards.
