Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related; and 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offer or related fields.
6 years of experience in CQV engineering, cGMP facility startup, and project management.
Developing solutions to engineering and business problems.
Providing technical guidance and administrative support to project teams.
Managing deliverables and client expectations on schedule, budget, and resources.
Engaging in business development, lead generation, and cultivating client relationships.

Responsibilities

Oversee technical performance of projects ranging from facility builds to large capital expansions.
Support clients on biologics, gene, mRNA, radioligand and related therapies and expand services at partner accounts.
Identify, train, coach, and mentor project engineers and consultants.
Manage client relationships and act as liaison during service delivery.
Identify opportunities to provide new and added services for mutual benefit.
Stay current with market and technology trends through industry groups.
