Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health systems.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders to implement complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Judiciary participation in statewide/local SIM initiatives and assist local jurisdictions with implementation planning.
• Coordinate implementation of Behavioral Health priorities identified through statewide initiatives and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Identify service gaps, system barriers, and opportunities for innovation to strengthen collaborations.
• Provide strategic technical assistance to local jurisdictions and facilitate cross-system planning among courts, behavioral health agencies, justice partners, and community stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans, monitor performance measures, and recommend strategies that improve statewide behavioral health and justice outcomes.
• Travel monthly to attend meetings, conferences, and visit court sites.
