Job summary

Maryland State Judiciary seeks a Systems Mapping & Strategy Implementation Senior Program Manager to lead statewide behavioral health initiatives, coordinate SIM efforts, and provide strategic planning support across judicial, executive, legislative, and community partners.

The role includes analyzing trends, identifying opportunities for cross-system collaboration, and developing actionable recommendations to advance evidence-based practices for court-involved individuals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Five years of progressively responsible behavioral health systems experience.
• JD or related terminal degree preferred; cross-system collaboration experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for statewide behavioral health priorities in Maryland Judiciary.
• Coordinate SIM initiatives and support implementation planning across courts and partner agencies.
• Develop implementation plans, monitor performance, and recommend improvements for behavioral health outcomes.
• Deliver technical assistance to local jurisdictions and facilitate cross-system planning with stakeholders.
• Manage projects, grants, contracts, and professional service agreements; report on progress at conferences.
• Develop and deliver educational resources and trainings for judiciary staff and partners.
