Job summary

The Maryland Judiciary seeks a Behavioral Health Education Program Manager to develop and expand educational programming focused on behavioral health for the Judiciary. You will collaborate with the State Court Behavioral Health Administrator, the Judicial College, and behavioral health experts to design curricula and deliver courses, webinars, and seminars for in-person and online formats.

Responsibilities include leveraging instructional design and adult learning principles to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of professional or educational experience in behavioral health, psychology, or social work and three years in curriculum development and adult education.
• Master's degree may substitute the required education and experience.
• Preferred: specialized training or certification in curriculum development or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and expand educational programming focused on behavioral health within the Maryland Judiciary.
• Integrate behavioral health expertise into court educational programming to improve understanding.
• Incorporate innovative tools and technology to deliver training.
• Collaborate with the State Court Behavioral Health Administrator and others to identify training needs and design curriculum.
• Deliver courses, webinars, workshops, and seminars for instructor-led and distance learning formats.
• Audit trainings and update content based on feedback.
