Job summary

State of Washington’s Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery seeks a Prevention Services Compliance Manager to oversee the Prevention MIS, manage data collection, reporting, and system improvements. You will lead complex projects, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and ensure data integrity across programs.

Qualifications

• Qualifying candidates will meet one of the listed degree/experience combinations.
• Experience in budgeting, project management, policy development, strategic planning, data analysis or evaluation is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and administration of the complex and highly visible DBHR Prevention MIS for the agency.
• Research and make recommendations on data systems, reporting changes, data process improvement, and policy development on data issues.
• Implement division data and program strategic plans for SUD Prevention and MH Promotion services.
• Advise and provide recommendations on data analysis, reporting outcomes, and collection processes and options.
• Develop policy and guidance for statewide data integrity, reporting requirements, data security, and MIS operations.
• Communicate data analyses of reporting needs with state and national partners including Governor’s Office and Legislative leaders.
