Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years property management or related experience.
• Experience with affordable housing programs preferred.
• Experience with leasing, collections, and compliance processes.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily office operations and ensures consistent coverage.
• Assists with workflows, policies, and stepping in as needed.
• Maintains resident ledgers and assists with payment portal setup.
• Manages delinquency, notices, and payment plans per policy.
• Supports eviction processes and monthly financial reporting.
• Ensures compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 requirements.
• Processes applications, leases, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Supports leasing efforts, follow-ups, and occupancy goals.
• Responds to resident concerns and coordinates conflict resolution.
• Coordinats with maintenance on work orders and unit turns.
• Tracks work orders and supports vendor coordination.
• Maintains records in property management systems.
• Assists with occupancy, delinquency, and compliance metrics reporting.
