Job summary

WSP USA, in its Power & Energy PMO, seeks a senior Power & Energy Project Manager to lead large-scale EHV transmission and substation programs. This role spans proposal to closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and contracts while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Remote work within the US is possible with travel as needed. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of PM experience, fluency in project delivery models, and strong communication, leadership, and QA/QC skills to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
12+ years of post-education project management experience in the industry.
Strong knowledge of project delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
Proficient in analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities at all levels.

Responsibilities

Provide PM leadership for large, complex projects with budgets, KPIs, and risk management.
Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management.
Participate in contract negotiations and meetings with clients and leads.
Provide regular updates to clients and leadership, manage scope/risk/budget issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and mentor staff.
