LOC Credit Union in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Payment Specialist to ensure accurate, efficient, and secure member payments and transactions. You will process card reissues, ACH, wires, and remote deposit requests while delivering friendly service to members and colleagues.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking/payment processing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process member payments and transactions accurately and securely.
• Order reissue cards (ATM, Debit, VISA) in a timely manner and assist with disputes.
• Manage fraud cases and respond to card issues and loss/theft reports.
• Process ACH functions and daily reports, including origination and NOC notices.
• Process wire transactions and balance daily transit files while adhering to OFAC rules.
