Qualifications

• High School diploma required as minimum.
• Basic typing and computer skills; prior telephone experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to multitask and switch tasks smoothly.
• Adaptable to change; able to recover from interruptions.
• Medical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and manages check-in for medical and dental care.
• Maintains professional demeanor and first/last impression for patients.
• Registers patients and updates information in the system.
• Answers phones and directs calls per policy.
• Schedules in-house and future appointments via computer.
• Respects patient confidentiality and handles payments as needed.
• Ensures waiting area flow and liaises with staff to maintain service.
• Supports infection control and patient flow at multiple sites.
