Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts across markets and lines of business. You will build staffing models from volume, forecasts, productivity, and processing times to determine workforce needs.

You will partner with business leaders to translate data into staffing and financial recommendations, influence decisions, and ensure teams are properly staffed to meet regulatory requirements across Analytics, Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in general business, analytics or IT; healthcare or consulting preferred.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, or related analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives, including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives, translating business goals into actionable solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization and communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners.
• Independently engage with business leaders to understand market-specific business needs, evaluate staffing and capacity requirements, and align analytic capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team project collaboration between state-based health plans and business units.
