Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years IT support experience with hardware and software.
• Ability to meet PA residency requirements and essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Create and manage user accounts and system access.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
• Monitor network performance and support shared resources.
• Document help desk requests and maintain technical records.
• Determine user training needs and prepare materials.
