Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of IT support experience or equivalent
• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems
• Familiarity with user account management and device support

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on hardware, software, and connectivity IT support to staff and volunteers
• Create and manage user accounts and system access
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices
• Monitor network performance and assist with network problems
• Document help desk requests and maintain technical records
• Assist with user training and preparation of training materials
