• Must stand for 8 hours, lift up to 40 lbs; wear provided uniform.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT service requests and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide desktop and device support including setup and configuration.
• Manage user accounts, changes, and password resets.
• Install and support standard software.
• Document requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Set up technology for new and existing users.
• Perform routine backups, reports, and general system support.
• Maintain IT equipment and asset inventory.
• Communicate professionally and follow policies.
