Job summary

The position offers full-time hours (7:30 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Fri) with the possibility of telework up to two days per week. PA residency and CJIS clearance may apply as part of the process.

Qualifications

• One year as an IT trainee or IT technician OR three years in IT support/administration/maintenance.
• One year of IT experience plus an associate's degree in IT field.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: help with software, hardware, and networks across offices.
• Device Management: maintain workstations, mobile devices, printers, and equipment.
• Network Assistance: troubleshoot connectivity and use monitoring tools.
• User Guidance: train users, support new systems and provide clear instructions.
• System Documentation: log work, update tickets and track assets/inventory.
