Job summary

Bestica in the United States seeks a Business Development Manager – IT Staffing to drive growth in IT staffing services across Texas. The role focuses on winning new government and state-level contracts, expanding MSP/VMS engagements, and building long-term client relationships.

You will collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to meet client needs on time and with high quality, while developing pricing proposals and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Remote options may be available.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing business development.
• Strong understanding of MSP and VMS ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to establish long‑term client relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new IT staffing clients in the region.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities within MSP/VMS programs.
• Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and with quality.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging market intelligence.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth and expansion.
