Bobbitt Construction, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Project Leader to guide complex projects from concept through completion. You will align design, construction, cost, and schedule with a collaborative, integrated delivery mindset and a focus on value and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leading multidisciplinary teams, resolving conflicts early, and driving measurable performance improvements across project portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience leading integrated project delivery, design-build, or collaborative delivery.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and align diverse perspectives.
• Advanced knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience managing complex interfaces between design, cost, schedule, and construction execution.
• Proven leadership with ability to influence and motivate without authority.
• High emotional intelligence, including strong communication, conflict management, and relationship building skills.
• System thinker; anticipate downstream impacts of decisions.
• Experience using collaborative planning tools like BIM coordination.
• Strong problem solving with proactive solutions.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated project delivery across design, cost, schedule, and construction.
• Establish project goals, scope, and success criteria with owners and partners.
• Lead integrated planning aligning cost, schedule, design, and constructability.
• Foster collaboration among architects, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Drive early problem identification and resolution; reduce silos.
• Manage interfaces design-to-cost, design-to-schedule, and design-to-construction.
• Champion value-based decisions aligning with client priorities.
• Guide teams through pull planning, set-based design, and target value design.
• Monitor KPIs across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and value.
• Lead effective meetings; promote accountability and forward progress.
• Foster trust, transparency, and shared responsibility.
• Act as trusted advisor to owners; provide clear recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement and lessons learned.
