The Bobbitt Group, a 100% employee-owned commercial and industrial general contractor in the Carolinas, seeks an Integrated Project Leader to guide complex projects from concept to completion. You will unify design, construction, cost, schedule, and performance objectives with a focus on value, efficiency, and client outcomes.

This flexible role allows remote work about one day per week, with travel within a 150-mile radius and occasional overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of integrated project delivery, design build, or collaborative delivery methods.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal.
• Advanced knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience using collaborative planning tools and BIM coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and align design, cost, schedule, and construction objectives.
• Establish and communicate project goals, scope, and success criteria with owners and partners.
• Drive integrated planning efforts and resolve conflicts early to prevent downstream issues.
• Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
• Monitor performance metrics related to cost, schedule, safety, and value delivery.
