Job summary

The Bobbitt Group seeks a Preconstruction Project Executive to provide senior leadership across all phases of preconstruction, guiding projects from feasibility through design development, detailed estimating, value engineering, and client engagement. You will ensure cost, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved while leading integrated teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability (and willingness) to travel.
• Demonstrated proficiency in estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, financial reporting, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts from concept through contract award.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; represent the company in meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate cost estimates, value engineering, risk analysis, and scheduling.
• Oversee bid solicitation, vendor relationships, and scope development.
• Forecast project financials, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Mentor and develop the preconstruction team.
